Return Policy

Returns can be made only at the time of delivery, directly in front of the delivery personnel.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
Return delivery charges are borne by the customer.
Advance delivery charges are non-refundable.
We will fully cover return costs only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Policy
If a return is approved, you will receive your refund without unnecessary delay.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.
Refunds are issued through the same payment method used (bKash, Nagad, card, etc.).
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Exchange Policy
We keep exchanges limited to maintain quality and fairness.
Standard exchanges are not offered.
Exchanges may be approved only if:
You received the wrong size due to our mistake, or
The product is damaged or defective.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
If approved, we will arrange the exchange.
Delivery costs will be covered by us if the error was on our end.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Offer or discounted prices do not apply to exchanged items.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
