Delivery & Shipping
Nationwide Delivery: We provide home delivery across all districts in Bangladesh.
Courier Service: Orders are delivered via trusted third-party courier services (such as Pathao or equivalent).
Delivery Time:
Within Dhaka: 3–4 working days
Outside Dhaka: 6–7 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Available in selected areas.
For some locations outside Dhaka, delivery charges may need to be paid in advance.
Advance Payment:
Orders valued at BDT 1800 or above, or containing 5 or more items, require a 10% advance payment to confirm the order.
Product Verification
Customers must check the product, size, and condition at the time of delivery in front of the delivery personnel before making payment.
Once the delivery agent leaves, no complaints, changes, or returns will be accepted, except in special cases approved by our team.
If there is any issue, please contact us immediately while the delivery agent is still present.
